- A graduate from NLIU, Bhopal, he has been practicing Civil Law and Property Law with a particular focus on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law. Prior to this he was employed with Trilegal as an associate in its Dispute Resolution team.

- Apart from his interest in academia he has contributed immensely to literature, he has authored “Emerging Challenges in Mergers and Acquisitions”, published by Cambridge Scholars Publishing and has co-authored a case digest on patent law titled “The Patent Case Digest for India”.
